The Agile Coach began as an idea back in March 2020. Our founder realised that during the initial COVID lock-down of the pandemic he could make a significant impact to friends and colleagues who had been affected by the pandemic and lost their jobs, by offering agile training and certification at cost price, to help them get back into work.

Agile and Lean training courses to meet your development needs. Agile training is the first step to developing your team’s capabilities on the fundamental knowledge, theory and practices of Agile Scrum and Lean.

Certified SAFe® Training

For SAFe® Scrum Masters or equivalent responsible for program execution. Learn scalable engineering, DevOps practices, and facilitate cross-team interactions in support of program execution and relentless improvement in an enterprise.

Coaching Services

We offer a number of coaching packages, from our “Coaching for Agile Coaches” (C.A.C.), coach mentoring or coaching webinar services.

Agile Coaching on-demand

An Agile Coach enables a team to understand and adapt to an Agile process. Developing an Agile skill-set is an experiential process best learned by doing. An Agile Coach works with Agile leaders to develop a learning culture where the team can safely experiment with a new way of working.
